No Time To Wait!

This week I have seen some dramatic changes in the activity in our Real Estate Market. I have been working with Clients to buy in specific markets, and at a specific price point this week. Over the course of the week I had identified 4 homes that were brand new to the market on particular days. I drove out to preview them for my Client and by the time I could get back to the Client to discuss what I had found the listing agent had accepted an offer - that happened to me on 4 homes this week. 4 homes that I had interest in, all sold in ONE day!
The deals are becoming more difficult to find, and there seems to be more Buyers looking. You know what that means - Prices are going up!
If you have intentions of getting in on the bottom of this Real Estate Cycle, you had better get on board now. Prices have definitely started up in all the markets that I preview.
